我自己處理水泡的方法是用針刺破把水放掉,讓皮自然乾燥脫落,千萬不要撕,在這段等待乾燥的時間(看水泡大小3天到一星期)不要赤腳走路,有利加速痊癒。只要皮完全變白了,摸上去沒有感覺不會痛了,就可以開始赤腳走了。預防起水泡的方法就是每天走5-10分鐘(不要跑步,正常的走路速度),讓腳板一直有刺激去適應環境,每天走很短的時間,會強過很久不走然後突然走很長的距離。

赤腳走路起水泡是很正常的,不要害怕,這是腳底開始變強壯的徵兆,每次復原後,會愈來愈耐磨,因為長出的新皮膚會比較厚,下次再起水泡,復原後又會再厚,所以愈走愈耐磨,以後出現水泡的機率就愈來愈低,像我現在已經好幾年都沒有起水泡了。

My personal method for treating blisters is to use a needle to puncture them, drain the fluid, and let the skin dry and peel off naturally. Never tear the skin. During the drying period (3 days to a week, depending on the size of the blister), avoid walking barefoot to accelerate healing. Once the skin has completely turned white and feels numb and painless to the touch, you can start walking barefoot again. To prevent blisters, walk for 5-10 minutes daily (at a normal walking pace, not running), allowing your feet to gradually adapt to the environment. Walking for short periods daily is more effective than walking for long distances after a long period of inactivity.

Getting blisters from walking barefoot is perfectly normal, don't be afraid. It's a sign that your soles are starting to toughen up. Each time they heal, they'll become more resistant to friction because the new skin that grows is thicker. The next time you get blisters, the new skin will become even thicker after healing, so your soles will become increasingly resistant to wear and tear. The chances of getting blisters will decrease over time. For example, I haven't gotten any blisters for several years now.
